This service entails the receiving and attention to complaints from the public. This service is available to any person who is in need of police assistance or wanting to report a crime.

Process:

  1. This service can be obtained by dialling the 10111 number.
     
  2. A call centre operator answers the incoming call , takes all necessary particulars and assigns the complaint to a Flying Squad patrol vehicle , or the local police station to attend.

This service is free.
