recruitment and selection, development & updating of training
programmes, remuneration, labour relations/staff welfare, staff
administration and utilisation, research , organisational
planning and development.
What are the minimum requirements to
work as a Personnel Practitioner?
An individual must have a Bcom Degree in Industrial
Psychology, Personnel Management, B.Administration or a National
Diploma in Personnel Management, Public Administration, Labour
Relations, Industrial Relations.
Training:
Personnel Practitioners undergo internal training relevant to
their field .
Where can you be stationed?
Personnel practitioners are stationed at Human Resource
offices of the South African Police Service.
