EDUCATION, TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT PRACTITIONERS

ETD practitioners are responsible for the development and maintenance of the learning programmes with regard to the education, training and development of the police. They are also responsible for the moderation of the policing related material , conducting of the ETD quality assurance and skills audit in the South African Police Service.

What are the minimum requirements to become an Education, Training and Development Practitioner?

The incumbent must have completed Basic Police training and/or have and ETD qualification with computer literacy

Training:

Individuals undergo in-service training.

Where can you be stationed?

ETD Practitioners are stationed at the Training Division of the South African Police Service countrywide.
