On the Beach

• Swim at beaches manned by lifeguards and between designated swimming beacons.
   
• Avoid bringing any of valuables to the beach.
   
• The African sun has dangerous levels of UV radiation, so use a high factor sun protection cream.
   
• Do not take breakables, like glass bottles to the beach.
   
• Avoid drinking alcohol if you are going to be swimming.
