On the 2014-07-21 at about 10:50 in Voortrekker Street, Ermelo the complainant was approached by an unknown  african male and took her mobile phone and fled the scene. A traffic official came to her assistance persued the suspect and apprehended him. The suspect was detained and the complainant's mobile phone was recovered. The suspect identified as Mr Percy Sylvester Kubheka failed to appear for his court date. A warrant of arrest was issued on 2015-01-20 at Elukwatini Magistrate's court.
