On 25 September 2015 at about 19:05 at Circular Drive Walmer, Port Elizabeth, this man known as Sulamile Mbori was chased by Police while in Possession of a hijacked motor vehicle at Kwadwesi. A warrant of arrest was issued on 27 June 2017 at Port Elizabeth Magistrate’s court.
