PRETORIA - The South African Police Service (SAPS) Brooklyn celebrate Women’s Month by acknowledging their female detectives for the good work they are doing. Two of the detectives that were singled out were Constable Rendani Nemakonde and Constable Petunia Ramarumo for the good convictions they secured in their latest cases. Constable Ramarumo investigated a house breaking and theft case that occurred in January this year in Menlo Park. Joseph Zvomoyo (27) was arrested for stealing taps, copper pipes and window handles at an address in 22nd Street. He was found guilty for house breaking and theft and for being undocumented by the Hatfield Community Court. He was sentenced last month to six years imprisonment of which two years are suspended.
