YOUTH PREVENTING CRIME THROUGH CYCLING PATROLS

The Siyabuswa Crime Prevention Officer Constable Ditshego together with Siyabuswa CPF Youth Desk, Siyabuswa SAPS Crime Prevention Unit, Tourism Safety Monitor members and KwaMhlanga Junior Cluster Commander Nsizwa Masina embarked on 04 days Cycle Mall and Complex Patrol as part of Crime Prevention. The Cycle Patrol started at Siyabuswa Mall to Siyabuswa Complex whereby members distributed safety pamphlets, face to face safety tips and shops visit. CPO Constable Ditshego said the cycle mall patrol will be a monthly awareness especially during SASSA Pay Days as few cases are reported during those days which include shoplifting and other crime. She continued said, they will involve other SAPS Units and other departments.
