This topic focussed on the environment and Gender Equality.  22 February is celebrated annually as “Thinking Day”, because it was the birthdays of both Lord Baden Powel founder of the Boy Scout movement and Olive Baden Powel, his wife. Warrant officer Mokgothu sensitised the girl scouts from different schools to not ride nor hike with strangers, not to walk outside in streets during the night or accept money from strangers. He also advised them to always inform their parents of their whereabouts.

On Monday, 29 February 2022, after two cases of assault were reported recently in Madikwe at Herman Thebe High School in Matau, an Anti-Gang campaign was held at the school by the Madikwe South African Police Service, the Departments of Social Development and Correctional Services,  Madikwe Victim Support Forum, and the local Community Police Forum.

Sgt Makgotlho addressed 55 male learners who belong to the alleged two gangs called Russians and Ten Percent on gangsterism in the school, bullying and substance abuse. Mrs Molaodi, a Probation Officer from the Department of Correctional Services, requested the learners to refrain from fighting with other gangs, especially inside the school premises. The school Principal thanked the delegation for their efforts and support. Furthermore, he requested regular police visits at the school.
