Hardworking and bravery of Const Chadewell Makanda of Ocean View SAPS has earned him great respect from the complainant for his swift reaction to a house robbery which occurred on Saturday.
The police were alerted about house robbery at Masonwabe Road in Masiphumelele at around 22:50. The Five suspects have forced entry and demanded money from the owner.
The suspects were cornered and arrested thanks to the swift response of Const Makanda attached to Ocean View after he managed to foil the robbery arresting four male suspects and and one female for a house robbery, pointing a firearm and illegal possession of a firearm and ammunition.
The suspects were expected to make their court appearance at Simon’s Town Magistrates' Court on Monday.
