• All enquiries pertaining to applications for the renewal of firearm licences (please note that the processing and consideration of the renewal of firearm licences, have been decentralised to the provincial offices)
• All enquiries pertaining to applications for the processing of second-hand goods registration
• All enquiries pertaining to the enforcement of compliance with national and provincial liquor legislation
• All enquiries pertaining to the circulation of firearms in the provinces.
