The missing person and his cousin went to fetch some goods at Cape Town, on their way he was talking things that didn't make sense, when they were supposed to fetch goods he told his cousin that he wants to go to the toilet, he then got off the truck and fled his cousin chased him but could not catch him. He was wearing blue t shirt and Denim jean.
