The missing person was last seen in Rosebank at Corner Oxford and Bolton road begging on the street, he was found in 2013 and was taken back to Eastern Cape. He returned back to the streets in 2016 so far his whereabouts are unknown. He was wearing navy blue trousers and white t shirt.
