15 year old male, VALENTINE SHABANI was kidnapped on 30 June 2021, at 07:30, nearby Belgravia Athlone, Western Cape.  The alleged suspect threatened to kill 15 year old Valentine Shabani.  She was wearing her school uniform, grey school pants, white shirt, skye blue jersey and black shoes.
