The complainant, a Police Officer, alleges that on 2015-05-12, he was officially on duty when he received a complaint of a house robbery that had occurred at no.13 Kurt Avenue, Florida, Roodepoort. When he arrived at the address he found two ladies standing by the gate to the premises, one of them was the alleged victim. She alleged that two unknown coloured men approached her, pushed her inside the house at gun point and instructed her not to scream. The men then allegedly searched the house and took her car keys shots were fired inside the house and they drove away. The victim was injured on the hand during the incident.
