This man known as Helgaardt Du Plessis, was placed under correctional service at Vredendal, until the year 2019. He was last visited by Correctional Service on 07 May 2018. On the next visit he was not found at his residence and no-one knows about his whereabouts. A warrant of arrest was issued on 5 September 2018 at Vredendal Magistrate’s court.
