On 01 January 2018 at about 00:30 at Inn's Free Park, Barlow Park, the two victims alleges that while they were enjoying themselves at the park, they then decided to go to the toilet.  They were approached by two unknown african males, who tried to talk to them but they ignored them until one of the suspects overpowered one vitim and dragged her to an open space whereby the victim was raped. The other suspect attempted to rape the other victim.
