It is alleged that on 07 November 2015, this man known as Ryno Mulligan advertised a horse box trailer on facebook, the complainant paid him an amount of R54.203.94 into his bank account and he promised to deliver but he never did. A warrant of arrest was issued on 26 August 2019 at Porteville Magistrate's court.
