It is alleged that on 10 June 2013 at about 18:00, the victim went to Mr Lungelani Vincent Khumalo's place of residence to watch tv as they knew each other whereby the suspect rape her. A warrant of arrest was issued on 23 July 2019 at Kriel Magistrate's court.
