PRETORIA - The South African Police Service (SAPS) National Police Commissioner, General Khehla John Sitole will, in a virtual sitting, be appointed as the Chairperson of the Southern African Regional Police Chiefs Cooperation Organisation (SARPCCO) for the coming year.

The appointment will be marked by a ceremonial handing over of the Sword of Command from the outgoing Botswana Chief of Police to General Sitole.

Members of the media are cordially invited to the event. The details are as follows:
