Ngqamakhwe police investigates culpable homicide

KING WILLIAM’S TOWN: Ngqamakwe police are investigating a case of culpable homicide. The investigation comes after a Polo Vivo which was travelling from Nqamakwe to Butterworth allegedly collided with a horse at Mantshontshweni locality along R409 road, just outside Ngqamakwe at about 23:00 last night (16 May 2018). 

Two men were travelling with the car. A 45-year-old driver was injured and taken to hospital whilst the passenger died on the scene. The passenger at this stage cannot be revealed until his next of kin has been informed of his death.

Police are warning drivers to be cautious when on the roads especially at night.
