Western Cape: The Provincial Commissioner of the Western Cape police, Lieutenant General Khombinkosi Jula, cordially invites the media to attend the Minister of Police, the Honourable Mr Bheki Cele’s Imbizo with the community of Zwelihle, Hermanus. The area has recently been experiencing service delivery protests that threaten peace.
