Winterton Detectives issue warrants of arrest for two suspects

Winterton detectives are making an appeal to members of the community to assist with regards to two wanted suspects namely Zweli Shabalala (35), in the attached photo as well as his brother Meshangu Thomas Shabalala (26), who are sought by police for an alleged assault with intent to commit grievous bodily harm case. The incident took place in the Khethani area of Winterton on the 10th of October 2018. The brothers allegedly attacked and assaulted a 50-year-old woman, who sustained severe injuries. The brothers are known to frequently visit the Emmanus area in Bergville as well as the Ladysmith and Estcourt areas. Warrants for their arrest has been issued by court.
