EASTERN CAPE - All communities being serviced by SAPS Mount Road are advised that the Community Service Centre is temporarily closed due to a member having tested positive for the Covid-19 virus.

The Community Service Centre for SAPS Mount Road is operating from the back of the station. The front entrance at the pedestrian gate will still be open but the entrance to Mount Road CSC will be closed.  Certification of documents, affidavits and fingerprints will be done at the office at the entrance of the police station while all other matters will be dealt with at the temporary Community Service Centre at the back of the station. 

All response assistance must be channelled through Warrant Officer A Gerber on 084 406 1270 between 06:00 and 18:00 today and to Warrant Officer F Beukes 071 362 8697 between 18:00 and 07:00 (26 June 2021).

The Community Service Centre number will not be accessible for the duration of the temporary closure. 

The affected office will be decontaminated and the community will be informed of its re-opening.

SAPS management apologises for any inconvenience that may arise from this temporary closure.
