EASTERN CAPE - Willowvale Police arrested a 24-year-old man for alleged murder of a 22 year old man. It is alleged that the 22-year-old man was found with upper body injuries already passed away on Sunday, 15 December 2019 at about 05:00 at Mboya Village, Willowvale.

The motive behind the murder is not known. Expeditious investigation by Willowvale Police detectives led to the arrest of the 24-year-old suspect. The deceased was identified as Songezo Jetu aged 22. The 24-year-old suspect will appear before the Willowvale Magistrate’s Court on Tuesday, 17 December 2019 on a murder charge.
