KIMBERLEY - Police operation in Frances Baard Cluster, continued to dismantle illegal smuggling of dagga in greater Kimberley.

In the early hours of Tuesday, 04 February 2020, a team led by Colonel Mtongana acted on information and infiltrated Dingana Hostels in Galeshewe and seized 8,3kg of dagga consignment. Packaged bags of dagga with the  street value of R80 000 were found stashed inside a house at Dingana Hostels. No suspects were found inside the house during the raid and seizure, hence an enquiry was opened.

The Frances Baard Cluster Commander, Brigadier Gabathata Makgari commended the effort displayed by the community members by sharing information which resulted in confiscation of dagga consignment. And continued to commend Colonel Mtongana and his team for their relentless effort in the fight against crime.
