EASTERN CAPE - An intensive investigation by OR Tambo Task Team led to the arrest of a 40-year-old man who was a wanted suspect after the shooting and killing of a 37-year-old man at Showini locality Mdlankomo A/A in Libode on the 11 July 2019 .

It is alleged that the deceased and the suspect were business partners which didn't materialize. It is further alleged that the deceased decided to withdraw from the business and decided to claim his money back and whilst still waiting for it was found dead with several bullet wounds on his upper body.

More arrests are imminent and the suspect will appear before Libode Magistrate’s Court tomorrow, 13 March 2020 facing a charge of murder.
