All communities being serviced by the Phokeng police station are advised that this police station's Community Service Centre is currently closed due to one of a member having tested positive for Covid-19. The Community Service Centre will now be operating from the Lapa situated not far from the main gate within the station premises, as a contingency.

The police station contact details are not working but the station can be reached on the following numbers:  060 987 7562 or 082 416 0887.

The police station is currently undergoing decontamination while members that have come in contact with the infected member are undergoing screening and testing. The community will be informed when the station will be operational again. 

The South African Police Service (SAPS) management apologises for any inconvenience caused.
