Police in Mondlo are appealing to the community for assistance with regards to the missing person, Kwanele Simphiwe Khumalo (19) from Block A, Mondlo.

He was last seen on 26 December 2018, wearing a red golf t-shirt with his name written on his chest Kwanele and written (Inzalo kaNguqu) at the back, blue denim jeans and black tekkies. He is a learner at Vryheid Comprehensive Secondary School. He last sent the message to his friend who is in Johannesburg via Facebook on 27 December 2018 at about 04:37, informing him that he is at a service station in Denver in the Gauteng province. His cellphone is off.
