Police are requesting that the community assist with information regarding a rape that allegedly occurred on 25 May 2017 at 15:00. The 18-year-old female from Midblokplakkers in Breipaal, Douglas alleges that she was on her way home when she was dragged by an unknown male into a ditch and raped her. The victim does not know the suspect but will be able to recognize him if she sees him again. Anyone with information can forward it to D/Const Nomonde Mothelesi at 082 302 0473. The investigation continues.
