GAUTENG - Roodepoort police station will be temporarily closed for decontamination on Thursday, 24 June 2021, after members tested positive for COVID -9.

The Community Service Centre will be operating at the back of the premises of the police station in the Detective Boardroom on Randskroon Street.

The management of Roodepoort police station would like to apologise for the inconvenience.

Communities around the police station are hereby assured that in the meantime, Roodepoort police will continue to attend to life threatening situations and other complaints emanating from the community.

The police may be contacted on the following numbers:

SAPS Emergency Number for Gauteng 10111 or 112 and ask for Gauteng 10111.

Please remember to obtain your information reference number from the emergency call centre and try to remain calm. Give the call taker all your correct details.
