CHRIS HANI - In efforts to fight drug related crime and eradicate drugs from our society police conducted operations around District Station.

The following are the successes from different stations.

BRIDGE CAMP

59-year-old suspect was arrested in possession of drugs

COFIMVABA

SIX (6) suspects aged between 35 and 59 were arrested for dealing in drugs. Five were arrested for contravention of the Disaster Management Act.

WHITTLESEA

Four (4) suspects aged between 38 and 45 were arrested for dealing in drugs. One (1) suspect was arrested or selling liquor during level 04 lockdown.

All the arrested suspects are due to appear before various Magistrate Courts soon.
