Directorate for Priority Crime Investigation (Hawks)

MPUMALANGA – The Hawks Serious Commercial Crime Investigation team took over an investigation into the case of Anthony Emenenu (38) after he was arrested by members of Middelburg Vispol Policing on Saturday, 04 December 2021, for contravening Act 101 of 1965, illegal selling of medicine, schedule 5.

He appeared before the Middelburg Magistrate Court today and was released on R1000 bail. 

The case was postponed to 17 January 2022, for further investigation.
