POLOKWANE - Relentless efforts to fight against mushrooming of drugs in the Province is bearing fruits, and this was evident when the Provincial intervention team and Thohoyandou detectives successfully apprehended a 23-year-old male suspect at Lwamondo Tshikosi Village in Vuwani Policing area for possession of suspected illicit drugs (crystal meth) during an intelligence-driven operation on Thursday, 31 July 2025.

On Thursday, 31 July 2025, at about 14:00, the team members received a tip off information about a male suspect in possession of drugs. They responded swiftly to the information, leading to the discovery and apprehension of a male suspect in possession of suspected drugs at his residential place in Lwamondo Tshikosi.

The suspect will appear before Vuwani Magistrate's Court soon for possession of suspected illegal drugs (crystal meth)
