Galeshewe Family Violence, Child Protection and Sexual Offences Unit is requesting the community’s help in tracing a suspect who allegedly raped a 15-year-old girl on 22/02/2015. The suspect is an African male, in his early twenties. He is slender with medium complexion and he is 1, 7 meters tall. 

It is alleged that on 22/02/2015 at about 23:00, the victim was on her way from the park with her boyfriend when they were accosted by the suspect. He demanded money and cellphones from them but they did not have them.

The suspect allegedly grabbed the girl by the arm and pushed her to the ground as he slapped her. He raped her in front of the boyfriend who was ordered by the suspect to lay down and not move. The suspect walked away after allegedly raping her.
