KING WILIAM’S TOWN – The SAPS Management in the Eastern Cape expressed their deepest condolences to the family, friends and colleagues of the late, (31) Constable Siyabonga Seti stationed at Willowvale SAPS. “Our hearts go out to his loved ones and close colleagues during this difficult time,” said Lt General Celiwe Binta today.

It is alleged that Const Seti was killed in a motor vehicle accident in Marlow Road outside Cradock while doing physical assessment training on 18 March 2015 at about 12:00. A case of culpable homicide is being investigated.

“SAPS will provide all the support possible to the bereaved family. It is sad that the family mourns the death of their loved one. A loss of an SAPS member is not only an organisational set-back for the SAPS but a loss to the nation as well”, concluded Lt General Celiwe Binta.
