NORTHERN CAPE - The Roodepan SAPS with assistance of Provincial SAPS Human Resource Development and K9 unit pounced on an alleged dagga dealer in Ivory Park in Roodepan. On Tuesday, 14 January 2020 at about 08:00, police followed up on information regarding drug sales in Roodepan.

Dagga trees, loose dagga, dagga seeds and some dagga pokes were confiscated with the approximate value of R6800-00. Police also confiscated an undisclosed amount of cash.

A 63-year-old male was arrested and charged for dealing in Dagga. The suspect should be appearing in the Galeshewe Magistrates Court soon. The investigation continues.
