The police received a call from a community member about the body of an unknown man lying next to Mama She Is Pub in Praktiseer. On arrival at the scene, the members found the body of a man with stab wounds.

The local standby detectives took over the docket and within hours, they managed to trace and apprehend the suspects at about 10:50.

The deceased was later identified as 18-year-old Thabo Mokwena from Shushumela, Praktiseer.

The Provincial Commissioner of police in Limpopo Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe once again warn people to desist from abusing alcohol as it has become the major contributor to the escalation of crime, especially contact crimes such as murders and assaults.
