Four suspects arrested in connection with business robbery

POLOKWANE: Crime Intelligence driven operation led to the arrest of four suspects who had allegedly committed a business robbery at Mpheni village, in Waterval, on Friday 03 March.

According to the information received, members of the South African Police Service were on operation when they received information regarding business robbery suspects driving a blue Vivo Polo within the area.

The task team members together with local crime prevention members cornered the suspects' vehicle and arrested the four suspects.

During the arrest the following items were recovered:

* 10 Cellphones of different types
* Remote Batteries
* Cigarrettes
* Silver cash money
* Earphones
* USBs'
* 1 Holster
* Empty magazine
* Memory Cards
* Balaclava
* Number plates

The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has applauded the SAPS members for continuously displaying dedication of fighting against crime.

Police investigations are continuing.
