POLOKWANE - The Acting Provincial Commissioner of police in Limpopo, Major General Jan Scheepers commended the remarkable work by SAPS members, following the arrest of four suspects aged between 20 and 34, on Thursday, 04 May 2023.  The suspect were subsequently linked to about 20 cases of housebreaking and theft that occurred at Tweefontien, Soordoring farms in the Westerburg policing area.

According to information, the farmers in these areas have been experiencing burglaries and theft in their farms and the suspects could not be identified. This was a serious concern to them and police.

Their hard work paid off when they ultimately had a breakthrough when they arrested four suspects in possession of suspected stolen property.

The suspects will soon appear before Polokwane Magistrate Court soon facing charges of possession of suspected stolen goods, housebreaking and theft amongst other cases.
