MPUMALANGA - Cases against two accused Kenneth Keletso Chiloane and Sesi Waks Trading cc who were charged with money laundering specifically 138 counts of fraud and 139 counts of contravening of provisions was postponed in the Specialised Commercial Crimes court to Monday 26 June 2023. 

Information alleges that Kenneth Keletso Chiloane, a former farm manager at Koeltehuis in Hazyview, rendered a side service by leasing and renting out farm equipment to other entities not registered under the farm’s database. He was receiving money in his personal account of which prejudiced and caused an actual loss to the farm an amount R4 436 067.31
