Police launch search operation for a missing doctor

The South African Police Service in Polokwane have launched a search operation for the missing 27-year-old medical doctor attached to Mokopane hospital, who disappeared on 9 December 2018 from his residential place.

It is alleged that Doctor Mohlafi Letuka from Bendor, Polokwane, left home without informing anybody about his destination and he never came back.

The motive for his disappearance is not known at this stage. The clothes he was wearing when he disappeared are also not known.

The matter was reported to the police and a joint search operation composed of police and family members ensued but all in vain.

Police investigations are still continuing.
