DEALESVILLE - On 14 September 2023, a social worker received information that a girl was seen fixing her dress when she came out of a tuck shop. The social worker then went to the school where the learner attends and requested to interview her.

During the interview, the girl informed the social worker that the tuck shop owner always have sex with her and after the  ordeal he will give her three rands together with her cousins.

A 29-year-old suspect who is a tuck shop owner was arrested for rape and will appear in the Dealesville Magistrate Court on Monday, 18 September 2023.
