BLOEMFONTEIN -  A 29-year-old suspect was arrested for dealing in dagga at Universitas in Bloemfontein on Wednesday, 15 November 2023. Police at Parkweg received information about drugs being sold at a food trailer situated in Groenewoudt Street next to the Student House.

The team arrived at the trailer at about 14:00 and conducted a search. A total of eight large zip lock plastics; 28 small packages; 27 joints of dagga, rezla paper and cash were found and confiscated.

A case of Dealing in dagga was then opened at Parkweg Police Station. The suspect will appear in Bloemfontein Magistrate Court soon.
