POLOKWANE - The Provincial Commissioner of Police in Limpopo, Lieutenant General, Thembi Hadebe, will tomorrow, Thursday, 21st December 2023, lead a Crime Prevention Imbizo focusing on Rural Safety at Dennilton, Sekhukhune District.

The Imbizo is aimed at strengthening the collaboration between community and police in the fight against crime. 

The community engagement will see the Provincial Commissioner and senior management of the South African Police Service, engage the community of Dennilton and surrounding areas on stock theft and other crime related incidents such as Robbery Aggravating and Gender-Based Violence amongst others.

Dennilton is amongst the top five stations nationally contributing the highest cases of stock theft.
