King William’s Town- A 42-year old Constable attached to Sterkspruit SAPS was arrested and charged for the murder and attempted murder of his two colleagues. The arrest followed after the suspect shot and killed another member and injured another colleague on 23 June 2015 at about 23: 00.

He was discharged from hospital this morning.

A case of murder and attempted murder were opened and currently under investigation by the Independent Police Investigation Directory (IPID).

The suspect will appear at the Sterkspruit Magistrates Court on Monday, 27 June 2015.
