NELSPRUIT - The missing woman, Azena Nongeni (29), has been unfortunately found dead and preliminary investigations shows that she was murdered. Her body was discovered hidden under a mattress in the rental room of her male friend, located not far from where she had been staying.

Azena was identified by her sister, and she they are originally from the Eastern Cape Province.

A case of murder has been opened and the investigation has commenced. Police are now appealing to the man known as Mr Salom (Picture attached), believed to be a 32-year-old Mozambican national. He is urged to immediately come into contact with the Police as he is crucial and may assist with the investigation.

No one has been arrested as yet, and anyone with information that may assist in apprehending the perpetrator(s) can call the Crime Stop number at 08600 10111 or send information via MySAPSApp.
