BLOEMFONTEIN - Earlier today, Tuesday 23 September 2025, the police were called to a scene in Southern Landfill Site area, Kagisanong. The body of an adult female person, which was in an advanced decomposed state was discovered by a passer-by in Southern Landfill Site, towards Southpark Cemetery.

The deceased, who was found lying inside the informal structure, was wearing Green and White pyjama trousers as well as a Black jacket. An Inquest docket was opened at Kagisanong as the cause of death is unknown.
