POLOKWANE - The Provincial Commissioner of the South African Police Service in Limpopo Lieutenant General Thembi Hadebe has ordered Police in Tzaneen to hunt down for a group of unknown suspects that robbed a Security Company owner in Tzaneen , on Monday, 28 August 2023  afternoon.

It is alleged that the complainant was in his vehicle parked next to Municipality when unknown suspects armed with gun approached him. They pointed him with firearms and demanded money. They fired shots before robbing him an undisclosed amount of money.

They fled from the scene with unknown white SUV vehicle. The victim thereafter, realised that he was shot at, and was taken to hospital. Police were notified and opened a case of robbery with firearm and attempted murder initial investigations to trace and arrest the suspects were activated.

Anyone with information that can lead to the arrest of the suspects should contact the investigating officer Sergeant Solly Legodi on 0765800792 or crime stop number 0860010111 or the nearest Police Station or MySAPSApp. The Police investigations are still continuing.
