RUST DE WINTER: The South African Police Service in Rust De Winter outside Bela-Bela have launched a search operation of a missing mentally challenged man, Oriah Sambunu Makhatolela (48) from Chachaneng Section, Rapotokwane.

Allegedly, on Saturday 30 April 2022 the missing man departed his home intending to go to a local tavern and never came back and has since disappeared.

He was wearing blue Soviet sneakers and a black jersey.

The attempts to locate him at his friends, relatives and surrounding areas he frequently visited were unsuccessful.

Anyone with information that may assist in locating the man should contact the Investigating Officer, Warrant Officer Mokoka on 082 414 2378 or Crime Stop on 08600 10111 or the nearest police station or MySAPS App.

Police investigations are ongoing.
